Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Chiro Growth respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
Chiro Growth (ABN 58 700 448 822) is a founder-managed Google Ads agency that works exclusively with chiropractic clinics in Australia. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Chiro Growth. You can reach us any time at chirogrowth.au@gmail.com.
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. What information we collect
We only collect information we need to respond to you and provide our services. This includes:
- Details you give us — your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, clinic website, your current advertising spend, and anything else you choose to share when you enquire.
- Information from forms and calls — anything you submit through our website forms, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, our online booking calendar, or by email or phone.
- Website usage data — collected automatically when you visit our site, such as your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the site.
3. How we collect it
We collect personal information in three ways: directly from you (when you fill in a form, book a call, or email us); automatically through analytics tools when you use our website; and from advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google when you interact with one of our ads or a lead form.
When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information and shares it with us so we can follow up. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
4. Why we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare and deliver your free Google Ads audit
- Arrange, confirm, and conduct calls and meetings with you
- Provide, manage, and improve our services if you become a client
- Send you relevant information about our services — you can opt out at any time
- Improve our website, our advertising, and how we communicate
- Meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations
5. Advertising and third-party services
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and we use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business — for example, an online booking calendar to schedule calls, email tools to correspond with you, and website analytics to measure how our site is used.
These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and they handle it under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how the site performs. Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google may also use cookies or similar technology to measure the performance of our ads.
You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with the service providers described above (such as our scheduling, email, analytics, and advertising tools) so they can perform their function on our behalf, and where we are required or authorised to do so by law.
Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as required by law, and then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also opt out of our marketing at any time. To make a request, email us at chirogrowth.au@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Concerns and complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at chirogrowth.au@gmail.com so we can try to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. We encourage you to review it occasionally so you stay informed about how we handle your information.
12. Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy or your personal information, email us at chirogrowth.au@gmail.com.
