• Information from forms and calls — anything you submit through our website forms, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, our online booking calendar, or by email or phone.
• Website usage data — collected automatically when you visit our site, such as your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the site.

We collect personal information in three ways: directly from you (when you fill in a form, book a call, or email us); automatically through analytics tools when you use our website; and from advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google when you interact with one of our ads or a lead form.

When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information and shares it with us so we can follow up. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
